Comfortable mattress and convenient location

I really appreciated the comfortable mattress during my stay. The nearby subway station made exploring the city incredibly easy. One downside was that our room lacked sufficient towels, which could definitely be improved.

The staff member who assisted us was very friendly and helpful which made our check-in process enjoyable. The decorative lights around the television offered a relaxing ambiance in the room.

Our stay lasted just one night in a spacious King Room. While the staff was friendly, the slow room service for light issues was frustrating. However, the proximity to Yankee Stadium made it memorable. Consider planning your check-out for a leisurely morning to avoid rush.

The outside of the building needs more attention. it's a bit of an eyesore. My room phone didn't work, which was a hassle since there wasn’t any effort made to repair it during my stay. The towels had stains, and the pillows felt surprisingly uncomfortable. The nearby area, though safe enough, can feel a bit overwhelming with the occasional stoner asking for something, which may not sit well with everyone. Plus, I really missed having a microwave and ice machine on each floor. trekking down the stairs just for those isn’t convenient. Oh, and expect overpriced vending machine snacks.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, the customer service is excellent. It felt like I was at a place where I mattered, with every detail just right for me as a traveler.
